So what did I do with my extra day in Paris? I went crawling back to Montmartre! I'm sorry but that place really stole my heart! And I couldn't wait to see more of the street art in the area! AND! I forgot to mention that local artists gather in the square at the top of the hill to do portraits for people! And guess what? I GOT A PORTRAIT! And I love it! I spent the ENTIRE day there! I bought art, wandered into a curiosa shop, and stopped for a nice dinner before heading back to my hotel. For me, it was the perfect extended affair to end my time in Paris. To be surrounded by art of all kinds that express ideas so boldly and loud is so exciting! Maybe it's because I'm a creative of sorts that I feel so inspired by it all, but I was so happy to spent my final day there and I can't wait to go back!
